Madrigale
is immersed in an enchanting landscape in the heart of Umbria region, between
Terni and Spoleto, whose marvellous churches make it undoubtedly the ideal place
for ceremonies. The hall can accomodate up to 200 people, and has a panoramic
view over the valley that makes a fascinating combination of nature and culture,
together with our cuisine.
Madrigale dates back to the 14th century, when it
was an old shepherd farmhouse, with a large fireplace that makes the atmosphere
warm and cosy. Our dishes are enhanced by fresh truffles, boletus mushrooms, legumes
and game in the winter; the spit roasts and mountain lettuces characterise our
typical
regional cuisine.
